Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the privately operated Hermes Agent application.
Permitted use
Hermes Agent is intended for personal use by accounts expressly authorized by the operator. Users must only connect accounts and access Workspace resources they are permitted to use.
User instructions
The application may create or modify Google Workspace data in response to user instructions. The user is responsible for reviewing important operations and maintaining appropriate backups. Destructive deletion and clearing of completed Google Tasks are disabled, but other authorized services may support destructive actions when explicitly requested.
Availability
The application is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Google API changes, account policies, network failures, or revoked authorization may make features temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Privacy
Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. By authorizing the application, the user permits the processing required to carry out their instructions.
Termination
Access may be discontinued at any time. Users can terminate Google access by revoking Hermes Agent from their Google Account connections. Locally stored credentials can be deleted by contacting the operator.
